How can I provide flight details for my Non O Visa application in Thailand before actually booking a flight?

Have applied for a  Non O Visa from London 
This is my third  one but this time I got an email  re flight detail

Document indicating current location (e.g., valid visa, receipt(s)/proof(s) of payment of airline tickets or accommodation, etc.): - Your flight details showing your name, departure date, all flights from the UK/ IRELAND TO THAILAND, and onward flights (E-Ticket, directly from the airline). The tickets issued by a travel agent and screenshots are not accepted.

Before I used  to just  put N/A in this field

How can I book a flight before  my Visa is approved?

I obtained a Non O based on marriage from London (E-visa) recently and simply entered the flight numbers and dates - I'm pretty sure that was actually what was asked for. I hadn't actually booked at the time - I just selected the flights from Qatar's booking site.

I didn’t think you needed an onward flight with a non O.

There are lots of sites that will issue you a onward ticket just done it cost me 15, dollars sent the pdf to them and got a visa 5 days later.

They sent me the same request for confirmation of my booked flight when I applied for my DTV, I sent a reply back saying I didn’t want to book my flight until they grant the visa. They issued the Visa the next day.

I just did that and got the same reply today! And that I need 800k ฿ in my current account- which I don’t have. But not far off.

I booked a flight anyway- will probably have to go in on visa exempt. It wouldn’t allow me to progress the application without a valid airline ticket. 🙄
