Hello everyone,

I heard its possible to get another 7-days-extension after a 30-days-extension.

How do I do that? Are there any rules? Is it possible for everyone or just in emergency case?

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post questions about the possibility of obtaining a second 7-day extension after the regular 30-day visa extension in Thailand. However, responses indicate that this is not typically allowed. After a 30-day extension, any subsequent application for another extension is likely to be denied. Instead, if approved, a 7-day stamp may be issued, but it starts immediately, necessitating departure from Thailand within that period. Overall, it's advised to adhere strictly to visa regulations.

There's no such thing. If you have already used your 30 day extension you can try applying for another one and if they accept the application they will refuse it (because you can only get one 30 day extension) and issue you with a 7 day stamp within which you must leave the country. Note if they do issue it the count starts immediately, it's not added on to your existing stamp

My advice is simple. Follow the rules if you want to return?

Yes. Not ask per se. But apply for extention. If they accept his application they will decline it and give him 7 days to leave.

Totally legal and within the rules and regulations

it's a bit unwise. If they don't issue the "get out of the country" in 7 days, then he has to leave tout suite. πŸ˜†.

Yes but he still followed the rules. So your statement is irrelevant for the question

You are talking about the "Extension denied, 7 days to leave Thailand" stamp which is not an extension and not guaranteed
