Hi quick visa question - has anyone had experience with getting an emergency 7 day extension AFTER getting the 30 day extension on the initial visa exemption? (Meaning being in Thailand for 60 days, and getting another extension before needing to leave).

Thanks in advance for any help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry revolves around the possibility of obtaining an emergency 7-day extension after already receiving a 30-day extension on a visa exemption in Thailand. A commenter clarifies that what one receives is not an emergency extension but rather a '7-day stamp' for exiting the country, which costs 1900 baht and is the only option available after the 30-day extension.

It's actually not an emergency 7 day extension.

It's an "application for extension not approved" 7 day stamp to get out of thailand. It's 1900baht. That's all you can get after you got the one 30 day extension though.

, getting one of those stamps won't afect anything visa wise down the road here at all. I've never seen someone denied the 7 day get out of thailand stamp so you should be fine.

Ok and does it affect any future attempts to enter thailand? And is there any way it won't be approved and you need to leave immediately?
