Has anyone successfully obtained a Thai Tax Residency Certificate while on a DTV?
I’m specifically asking about the Tax Residency Certificate (Certificate of Residence) — not the Thai Tax ID/TIN.

This is what you need to take to immigration office. Just got the info this morning
Currently in the process of getting one in hua hin.
Had an accountant file my tax for 2024 and 2025 (he also got me a tax id as revenue department did not want to give me one when I went there). They have now asked the immigration for the list of all entry and exit of the kingdom (since I do not have any exit stamps due to the electronic gate). And after that they’ll get the certificate from revenue department.
Certificate of Residence is a document from immigration that most offices even hand out to tourists. totally unrelated to taxation things… so what exactly document do you mean?
Yes I have in Bangkok. Same office as John Linked. I had to bring the tax return and they checked my passport stamps to ensure i had 180+ days for 2025.
