Hello, I am looking for a gym where I can get a one-year ED visa through Muay Thai.

Is there anyone in this group who has experience obtaining one in Bangkok?

I am looking for a place near Sathorn or Silom. If anyone knows, please let me know๐Ÿ™

The new Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) allows you to stay for up to 180 days per visit, with extensions available. To qualify through Muay Thai activities, attend a recognized and reputable school acknowledged by the Thai government, like Fitfac Muaythai. Fitfac is ideal for beginners and provides proof of participation, minimizing issues with visa documentation. Their support team is also helpful when dealing with Thai consular services.

By combining your stay with Muay Thai training, you can enjoy a unique cultural experience and meet visa requirements. Ensure you choose a school registered with the Department of Education to minimize the risk of a rejected visa. Learn more about Fitfac at www.fitfacmuaythai.com and email them about the DTV visa at

Cheaper for you to do the DTV and less trips to immigration

That will be Very expensive as you will have to pay for 12 months of lessons upfront at a gym you could potentially not like, if i was you i would look at the DTV visa option

As I understand it, DTV allows me to stay for a total of 180 days over a year period, but is this incorrect?๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

you get 180 days every time you enter Thailand for 5 years. You can also apply for a 180 day extension once on each entry.
