TLDR : Answer Summary
To get a digital copy of your DTV certificate on your phone, you can download the PDF from your email or the E-Visa website where your approval for the DTV visa was communicated. Some users recommend having a printed copy, as immigration officers may not accept just a digital version. Always carry a paper copy to avoid any issues with immigration controls.

Have a printed copy, some immigration officers won't accept you showing it to them on your phone

There is no certificate, there is a DTV visa PDF that you received in the email announcing your approval. The same PDF can be downloaded from your account on the E-Visa website.

Hey, how did you print it? Didn't you download it. Just keep that copy saved on your phone or just download it again on your phone from the eVisa portal or from your mail.
