Will I receive a printable DTV visa after online approval, or will it be stamped in my passport?
If I applied online for the DTV in Taiwan and if they ask me to go in for an interview and I get approved, will they still give me the Visa online where I will be able to print it out everytime I come back into Thailand, or will they end up stamping the full DTV visa into my passport?

The visa is a PDF file. You can print it as many times you want. Nothing is going to your passport, tho.
