Song is your man. Parwin (nickname is Song) is a Thai man who runs a building construction company called P V Lanna Construction.

He can do small jobs to complete house builds but can get very busy.

He employs tradesmen of all descriptions. He has built 3 houses for my Australian Vietnam Veteran friend, the latest in Hang Dong.

He has also built a house for my American friend at Doi Saket.

Both friends are very happy with Parwin’s work.

I have used his tradesmen for fencing, concreting, a lot of difficult tiling (by a Burma man and his wife as his helper), carpentry, insect screens, painting, electrical. plumbing, roofing, to install rain gutters, to install security screens and doors, build a yard storage unit and pool shed and to do repairs. He replaced my gate with a stainless steel one with electric remote operation. Parwin has remodeled my kitchen. I am very happy with the fencing (palings and brick) that he did for me. Parwin has installed ceiling insulation in my home.

Parwin speaks excellent English and goes the extra yard to satisfy his customers and his prices are reasonable.

He has my very strong recommendation.

But be aware that the company is usually very busy and may not be able to assist you immediately.
