Has anyone with an A2 motorcycle licence successfully converted it to a Thai motorcycle licence? I’m having issues.
Answer summary
Many expats have successfully converted their A2 motorcycle licences to Thai motorcycle licences. The process generally involves presenting your foreign licence, proof of residence, and a medical certificate at the Department of Land Transport. Some individuals recommend taking a simple aptitude test and watching instructional videos, while others suggest hiring an agent to simplify the process and avoid long queues.

UK A2 holder and I did mine last week in Hua Hin. Attended without an appointment, Had to sit in a room to do some very simple aptitude tests then watch 5 videos (3 where in Thai) and that was it. Bit of a waiste of a day but done. You need a doctors medical, All your paperwork including proof of residence etc.
Very easily, just take your English license to the department of land transport, along with certificate of residence and a medical certificate, then just complete the reaction tests. If you want to skip the massive ques get an agent. Cost me about 2500 for a car and motorbike license.
