How do I pay the visa fee for an education visa in Bangkok?
Hi! I`ll be applying for an education visa at the Immigration Division 1 in Bangkok in person, my university listed that I need to pay the Visa fee - 2000baht. But I can`t find any information on where or how. I will be applying in person, will the officer be able to take the payment by a European debit card or should I bring cash? (Sorry, payment systems have been a nightmare here so far as many places don`t accept foreign cards so I`m a bit worried)
Answer summary
When applying for an education visa in Bangkok, it's necessary to pay a visa fee of 2000 baht. The payment must be made in cash, as foreign debit cards are not typically accepted at the Immigration Division. Be prepared to bring cash with you when you apply in person.
