if I can't open a bank account, how will I get the money ?It seems confusing atm. Should I get some cash with me ? What's the max legal amount? Thank you.

Just use an agent to open a bank makes life so much easier both for transfers and being able to use QR scan to pay

I have lived here for two years, I’ve never really needed a thai bank account.

The only thing I’m really missing out is not being able to use QR payment. But I just bring some cash with me and lots of places accept credit cards.
