Hello, i am a VISA noobie, i never had to apply for one before as I traveled to Europe mainly. 

I was wondering if someone can answer a few of my questions!

I am from Cyprus (south) and i would like to apply for an education visa (6months) to Thailand some time late November. In Cyprus theres only consulate and they told me they do not issue such a visa, and i should ask an embassy. And the problem is we dont have a Thai embassy in cyprus. Is there a way of doing it online?

Also, does anyone if I would habe to quarantine in Thailand? And if i would have to pay for the quarantine my self? And how much it would cost? 

If anyone is willing to help me through this i would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks

You can only get an education visa if attending university. With regards to quarantine, yes you would have to do it, yes it would be at your cost. Cost varies from 30k to around 144k baht.
