Has anyone from London had their DTV application approved under the new rules?

Fair ask. “How quick can it get” right now is still embassy- and file-specific — London Soft Power lately looks more like weeks with extras (ACRO, funds path, activity docs) than a clean same-week stamp. The useful benchmark isn’t the fastest anecdote; it’s submission-complete → first request for more info → decision. My original application): (1) last-3-month bank statement(s) from any bank(s) with a minimum balance of 500,000 THB or equivalent; or (2) sponsorship letter(s): Personal UK/Ireland bank statement shows your name, UK/Ireland address for last 3 months , minimum closing balance of 12,000 GBP within last 15 days held at least 15 days. Please provide in full pdf file , download from Bank App or printed out from Branch
