Does the Thai consulate in Savannakhet require degrees to be attested from the American embassy and then certified to issue a non-B visa? Will copies and originals along with an original FBI check suffice?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai consulate in Savannakhet does not uniformly require degrees to be attested by the American embassy for issuing a non-B visa. One user mentioned that they obtained their non-B visa using just the original degree and transcripts, suggesting that additional verification may depend on the job position, particularly for university roles. It's advised to confirm specifics with the consulate or administrative office.
I got my non-B with just the original Degree and transcripts(and all other related paperwork) I was told if the job is a university position they have to be Embassy verified. but best waiting to hear from admin. as you "hear" a lot of things here
