I am located near Bearing. The address says Samsut Prakhan. Does the Samsut Prakan immigration do COVID-19 extensions or should I go to Muang Thong Thani for COVID-19 extensions? Does Samsut Prakan get wrapped into Bangkok?

Samut Prakan immigration office does indeed do unable to travel due to covid-19 extensions with the letter from your embassy.

Keep in mind though that immigration office is HARD CORE about you or your land lord having filed a TM30. You won't get an extension from them without it AND you won't get an extension at Muang Thong Thani IF that address is a Samut Prakan address. You have to use the office that serves the area that your address is in
