TLDR : Answer Summary
When you report your 90 days in Thailand, the next reporting date is calculated from the date you make the report, not the due date. Therefore, if you report 14 days early, your next report will indeed be due 90 days after your early report date, resulting in a new due date that reflects the early report.

Old rule: You reported when you're 90 days inside Thailand and the next report is 90 days later..

Lot of people complain and ask flexibility, so now it is 15 days before until 7 days after and.....

Yes people complain as the new report is when you are again 90 days inside Thailand from the moment you report.

If you want to win days, sorry, there are only 365 days (sometimes 366 days) in a year and then the counting starts over again.

Yes I just did an on line report. My report was due on June 22, but my next one is due 90 days from today. September 6th.

The new report will be dated 90 days from the day you made the report.
