Can I submit my 90-day reporting in Thailand earlier or later than the date on the stamp?
Morning, My first 90 day reporting is due this weekend on the 2nd. Can I go earlier or later than the date on the stamp?

. Online won't work until you've done the first one in person. Thats what registers you into the online database to do it online afterwards.
