TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance with obtaining a tourist visa for their Thai mother-in-law to Australia. They specifically need to know if documents related to name changes and evidence of the relationship (mother to daughter) need to be translated from Thai to English and if these translations require a stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
