Hi all. Just a quick question. If my visa says "permitted up to 7 MAR 2022" does that include the 7th or will I already be over on the 7th?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A visa marked 'permitted up to 7 MAR 2022' means that you must check out of Thailand by 11:59 PM on that day to avoid overstaying your visa.

they’d have to do that before 4pm when the immigration office closes.
