Hi all. Just a quick question. If my visa says "permitted up to 7 MAR 2022" does that include the 7th or will I already be over on the 7th?

Just want to double check something. If the expiry date on my entry stamp says 28th February does that mean I can leave up to or on 28th, or do not need to depart before 28th?
