Hi, I want to do a thai-Myanmar border (ban phu nam Ron) visa run. Do I need to get a health certificate? I am malaysia. Thanks

Lots of misinformation:

1. I understand that border is closed. The border is closed, therefore no health insurance/ certificate/ visa, etc is needed. Because it's closed.

2. Everyone needs to get a visa to go to Myanmar now. They have an eVisa system that can be used. However, because the Kanchanburi border uses a day pass, I do not know if they accept eVisas, so check.

3. The insurance/ health check requirement, TO MY KNOWLEDGE, is for people who are flying in or potentially getting visas, not for people doing land based border bounces
