Mornin' all,
I've got a re-entry (single) permit. Do I need to show this to the Immigration Officer and get it stamped when leaving Suvarnabhumi Airport for the UK later in the month? Or is the re-entry permit stamped upon arrival back in Thailand?
Thanks very much to all for your help and the advice.
TLDR : Answer Summary
When leaving Thailand, you do not need to present your re-entry permit to the immigration officer. The re-entry permit is only required when you return to Thailand, where it will be stamped upon your arrival. It's important to ensure that your travel documents are in order, especially the validity of your permit in relation to your extension dates.
