Do I need to register my car in Phuket after moving from Phitsanulok?

Not a visa question but I'm stuck for answers. 

I have recently moved Provence, Phitsanulok to Phuket, I have a car fully taxed and insured. Do I have to register the car with the land and transport offices in Phuket or does this only need to happen when I renew the tax and mandatory insurance?
