TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers from Tunisia may need to quarantine upon entering Phuket, as Tunisia is not currently listed among the approved countries for quarantine-free travel under the Phuket Sandbox program. As of October 1st, new regulations will be put in place, but specific details are still unclear. It is recommended to contact the Thai embassy for the most accurate and updated information.

I don’t think Tunisia is in the countries eligible for the sandbox, it’s best to check with Thai embassy in your country . Good luck
if you are granted a visa and certificate of entry to Phuket from your local Thai embassy, you don’t have to quarantine in Phuket. After a first negative test result after arrival, you can move around Phuket, you just can’t leave for 14 days.
it depends if Tunisia is on the the red list if it is then you won’t be able to check your Thai embassy in your country they will tell you and you still need a certificate of entry at the moment
There are new rules coming into place on October 1st regarding entry into Thailand. No one really knows the full details yet not even the embassies apparantly. So you will have to wait and see.
