I’ve been in BKK since January 2021 on a TR visa with Covid extensions. I applied for an Elite Visa about a week ago. They’re doing my background check now.

Anyway, I want to get the Elite without leaving Thailand. It says in order to get it affixed I need a TM.30. Is that something I should start working on now or can be done after Elite Visa approval?

BTW, this is my first time in Thailand. No overstays, etc.

Answer summary

The user is currently in Thailand on a TR visa and has applied for an Elite Visa, seeking clarification on whether they should begin the TM.30 process now or wait until the Elite Visa approval.
