Sorry in advance if I am repeating this question or in the wrong group.

I am a US citizen and still in the US. Want to apply for an Elite Visa. I know I can start the applications on the Elite Visa website and via emails.  

 What is the best way to  send payment? 

2.  Do I have to wait to get my passport stamp when I enter Thailand or am I able to express mail my passport to Elite Visa and get them to get the stamp place in my passport while I am still in the US?

I use transferwise, quick and slightly cheaper fees for me.
