Hi All,

I received phone call from Roi Et immigration on Friday afternoon, they said I can go in when I am ready to get stamp inked in.

I got that done this morning with extension of stay based on Thai child until 03/07/2022 and to report 90 days on October 24th.

Thank you for all your help with this.

Just one last question if I may:

Do I have to keep the 400,000 in bank for the year or can it be used now and topped up before next extension?

Regards

Paul.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Paul inquires whether he must maintain a consistent 400,000 baht balance in his bank account for a year after obtaining an extension of stay based on his Thai child. A commenter clarifies that there are no seasoning requirements for the funds when applying for a one-year extension in this situation.

There is no seasoning requirements for a one year extension of stay based on raising half-Thai children for using banked money :)
