Hi Guy's, hope you are all having an awesome day.

My question is about the 90 day check in, I need to do my first one in the next few days. My condo lease just ended so I'm currently looking for another one at the moment. Do I need a tm30 for the check in?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the process for their first 90-day check-in in Thailand and whether a TM30 form is required, especially since they are currently searching for a new condo after their lease expired. A response indicates that both the passport and TM30 are necessary for this check-in.
