Are COVID tests required for domestic flights from Chiang Mai to Surathani or Koh Samui?

Does anyone know if covid *tests* are being required to fly from Chiang Mai to Surathani or Koh Samui (AirAsia)?
Or in the pier to Koh Phangan...?

As of May 1st, 2022, there are no COVID-19 test requirements for domestic air travel within Thailand, including flights from Chiang Mai to Surathani or Koh Samui. If tests are required in the future, it would likely only involve a rapid ATK test that could be administered on the spot.

I couldn’t 100% confirm about the boat trip, but all internal test requirements for domestic air travel will stop on May 1st.
If they do require a test for whatever reason it’ll only be a ATK test which they’d almost certainly do on the spot.
