TLDR : Answer Summary
Fully vaccinated individuals, including those vaccinated with Pfizer, are still required to present a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to departure for Thailand. Vaccination status does not exempt travelers from this requirement.

True Tony...yet in Europe they are bringing in the Green Certificate/Passport which allows free travel (No Quarentine) throughout Europe for fully vaccinated people... Then no test required (methinks).
