Guys can someone help me

I’m uploading the supporting documents can you upload multiple files into each subsection or does it all have to be in one pdf
Answer summary
The post discusses the ability to upload multiple supporting documents for a Thai visa application, specifically regarding the NON-O visa used for retirement. There are various comments debating the requirements of physical presence in Thailand for fund transfers, methods of proving income through monthly international transfers, and local office requirements for retirement visas. Users provide insights on the necessity of having sufficient funds in a Thai bank account and the possible tax implications for longer stays.

Just watched a Thai tax story, the summary was the source of the transfers needs to be a savings account that does not attract tax, or you risk the transfers being taxed as income. If your country has reciprocal tax agreements you can swap tax credits to keep the money tax free, but if your country tax is 10% and Thai is 30% you will be asked for the balance to the Thai rate. Applies to anyone staying more than 180 days. Please get current advice.

Make sure your bank can identify the way you transfer funds as having been a foreign transfer. Not all transfer show up as international fund transfer.

Only the account in Thailand should be solely in your name to be counted as your income

You must have a record of 12 months of 65K Baht monthly international transfers as of the application day if you want to use that method for a 1-year extension based on retirement (not a visa).

The name of the source account in a foreign country doesn't matter, basically. But some offices ask for proof of source funds. You need to check with your office for their policy.

Is there any requirement to be in the country for the year of transfers? I lost my retirement extension last year when Canada stopped issuing income letters. So I immediately started making monthly transfers even though I was out of the country for 6 months. Now I hope to start over again in October when I will half 12 transfers done. Thanks in advance.

, There is no requirement to be in Thailand physically during transactions.

BUT,

you cannot use the monthly transfer method for the first 1-year extension from a single Non-O visa based on retirement.

You need to use an 800K baht deposit in your Thai bank account for the first year (You can use the sum of the monthly transfers).

Then you keep transferring monthly, and then you can apply for the next year (and following) extension using the monthly transfer method.

, how long time ago was it? Currently, only very few offices may accept monthly transfer period for the first year extension based on retirement.

Incorrect

I have gotten a non O retirement visa and 1 year extension, using the monthly transfer method, on the first year.

As long as you have the transfer history, it’s quite easy.
