What is the deadline for submitting additional documents for my Thai visa application?

Additional documents required issue:

I was required to add some additional documents about my money situation and I need some days to gather them.

In the email I received there is not specific term to add them I just would like to understand if the request can be rejected after some days if you don't upload the documents (just to make understand I would need like 4 days)
