Hey guys. Can you enter the country with a NonB visa at the moment considering you have a contract with a Thai company?

If yes, does Thailand issue work permits when you arrive in Bangkok the same way they did before or there are new rules, restrictions, limitations, etc?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can enter Thailand with a NonB visa if you have a contract with a Thai company. However, there are specific procedures to follow for entry, and you cannot simply fly in without prior permission. It is essential to coordinate with your employer, as they will help you navigate the requirements to be allowed entry into the country.

There is a process you go thru to request permission to enter the country. You CANNOT just buy a ticket and fly in.

Join one of the many foreigners stranded abroad during the thai lockdown f/b groups and read the requirements you go thru to ASK to be allowed into the country. You need to be working with your employer on this as you're not gonna pull it off without them.

here's a group you can post your question in
