The Sandbox is Visa Agnostic. That means you can enter or stay on whatever visa you qualify for. IF you qualify for a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19, you can apply for that extension.

You'd talk to the language school about getting a visa and the extension of stay

You'd talk to the volunteer organization you want to volunteer with about getting the Non-O visa based on volunteering, the work permit, and the one year extension of stay based on volunteering.
