Can you apply for COVID-19 extensions after entering Thailand through the Phuket Sandbox?
If you come in through Phuket Sandbox can you then get the COVID-19 extensions to stay longer if Thailand is still providing them?
Answer summary
Entering Thailand through the Phuket Sandbox does not affect your eligibility for visa extensions. You can apply for a 60-day COVID-19 extension of stay if you qualify, as the Phuket Sandbox is considered visa agnostic.

Your method of entering Thailand has no effect on what you do once you're here when it comes to Visa issues.

The Sandbox is Visa Agnostic. That means you can enter or stay on whatever visa you qualify for. IF you qualify for a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19, you can apply for that extension.

can you come in through Phuket Sandbox tourist visa and switch to another type of visa like education visa or volunteer visa?Benjamin ******

>education visa You'd talk to the language school about getting a visa and the extension of stay
>or volunteer visa
You'd talk to the volunteer organization you want to volunteer with about getting the Non-O visa based on volunteering, the work permit, and the one year extension of stay based on volunteering.
