TLDR : Answer Summary
To work and live in Thailand, you will typically need to secure a job first, as direct work is not permitted under an education visa. Your prospective employer must sponsor your work visa and provide a work permit. If you enroll in a language school, you are not allowed to work legally in Thailand unless you have the appropriate visa.
