I'm from a Singapore that have visa exemption for 30 days. My question is that if I enter Thailand from Malaysia does that I can't enter into Thailand thru Malaysia for more than 2 times with the exemption free visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Singapore passport holder can enter Thailand multiple times without a visa exemption, regardless of the border crossed, including from Malaysia. However, there is a limit of two land border crossings per calendar year for travelers entering from neighboring countries.

Land border crossing is up to 2 times per calendar year. Doesnβt matter if you came from Malaysia or Cambodia or any other neighbouring countries of Thailand
, Singaporean is the exception from the "visa exempt entries two times per calendar year" limit. They can enter Thailand on visa-exempt entry visa land border more than two times per year. Unless regulations have been changed recently.
I travelled to Malaysia once last year and twice to Cambodia/Aranyaprathet. During my 3rd trip crossing, I was inform about the limits (2 times) of land border crossing at Thai custom even though I am from Singapore. Even the officers at CW also said itβs only x2 per calendar year for Singaporeans. So where your info came from?

From what I have read..
Singapore passport holders can do unlimited number of entries into Thailand. AND EACH time can be extended for 30 ADDED days at your local Thai Immigration office for 1900 Thai baht.
"Hong Kong, Malaysian, Indonesian, Laotian, Vietnamese, Singaporean, Macao, Russian and Mongolia can do this kind of OUT/IN unlimited times, Chinese are also allowed to border run for 30days.
