Hi All. We entered Thailand last year on non immigrant O-A visa. My wife is below 50 and on non immigrant O visa linked to mine. My question is: Can my father, who is 80 be a dependent linked on my visa, without him having to comply with his own 800 000 deposit? Thank you for your responses.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The general consensus from the community is that an 80-year-old father cannot be considered a dependent on your Non-Immigrant O-A visa without meeting financial requirements, including the necessity of having his own 800,000 THB deposit.
