Hi, if i'm done with my quarantaine in bangkok and want to go lets say to koh samui by air or boat. Do i have to go in quarantaine there as well?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After completing your quarantine in Bangkok, you do not have to undergo another quarantine in Koh Samui. You will receive a 'covid-free certificate' upon leaving ASQ, which allows you to travel to other provinces, including Koh Samui, within 72 hours as long as you depart the same day.

As long as you go there same day you leave ASQ. Make sure you keep the paperwork you will get when you leave the asq

You will get a "covid-free-certificate" when you leave the ASQ, with this you can enter every other province within 72 hours.

 Depends on the province you want to enter. Phuket for example give you three options: a) vaccination passport, b) covid-free-certificate or c) rapid-test for 500 Baht. The rapid-test will be replaced with quarantine from the 15th this month.

My quarantaine is till 23.

 They won’t make you quarantine again for sure. I did read somewhere that they are considering rapid tests on arrival I’m not sure if that’s currently being implemented . But quarantine definitely not.
