I didn't actually really want to go to Phuket but 1 friend us going there a i know cheap test and go hotel

So i have booking i can also cancel it so thought

Its cheaper to fly to bkk a Phuket and after return to bkk

no your ticket must have Phuket as your destination you cannot pick your bags up and transfer to a normal domestic flight. The sealed route only has international travellers to reduce cross contamination
