I believe they have code share flights with other airlines. I am not completely sure though mate

No, you cannot transit through Bangkok to Phuket.

Garrett Greenwald. Actually you can now. From February 1st, Bangkok Airways offer two connecting flights per day, but they must be booked as through flights
