Hi I've had a nightmare doing the on line tourist app. Do we have to do it online or can I send paper app to Hull ? If not I'm screwed as tried 10 times and it says tried too many times...I'm booked and due to leave 29th October,....it doesn't help I'm computer illiterate and dyslexic! Help!!
