Hello !

MANY people ask personnal question, and many people answer the same thing over and over again; so let me apologize in advance as I'd like an answer about my personnal case that might have been already answered :

My last visa extension will let me stay until JUNE 1ST.

Its a Multly Entry Tourist Visa.

Thanks to the visa amnesty, will I be able to stay until July 31th ?

Do I need to do anything ?

Thanks a lot for taking the time to answer, and have a great evening.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The visa amnesty allows you to stay in Thailand until July 31. It's important to note that this extension is a temporary solution and not a means to settle in Thailand permanently. You should prepare for your next steps during this period, as further extensions may not be available.

Good Luck Max...

You are covered to July 31 under the amnesty extension. Its automatic.

During this extra time prepare a Plan B as its doubtful added extensions are planned.

If a border opens you may be eligible to get an added 60 days if your METV is still valid....not expired.

Take care...stay safe.

You can stay here on the visa amnesty until July 31. However, the visa amnesty is not a way to live in Thailand, but only a way for you to have time to figure out a way to leave Thailand.

Got it and I completely agree with you Benjamin. I fell in love with Thailand for quite some times now, and I used the easiest way to see If I like it here with Tourists visa. I do, so I plan to learn Thai when I will come back from Europe in September and get the appropriate visa. I Will leave Thailand before July 31th.
