Can I return to Thailand on a visa exempt after multiple entries and exits?

Sorry for the long post... I'm a bit worried about my next steps into Thailand, do you think I will be OK?

I entered Thailand last December on visa exempt, and stayed for only one week - I entered just to begin my trip through Laos.

Then, I entered the kingdom at the end of January on a SETV, which I extended.

I went to Vietnam (April) and stayed there for one month. Then, I came back to Thailand (May) on another visa exempt, which I extended.

After that, at the end of June I came back to my home country (Spain) to take care of my business here - I have a little business in Spain.

Now I'm going back to Thailand on September, with a new visa exempt. After 20 days I'll travel to Vietnam (I have already bought my plane tickets) and I'll stay around 20 days in Vietnam. After that, I want to come back to Thailand in another visa exempt.

In September I'm going to apply for an ED Visa (I have already chosen school) so in October I'm coming back to Thailand just to get the paperwork and fly out to Vientiane to get the proper Visa.

All my past and future entries in Thailand were by plane.

I'll have proof of funds in cash and flight out, but not proof of stay because I'll stay in the same condo as last time - and only have an email from them confirming my arrive, but not a proper booking.

Never did a border bounce, each time I went out of Thailand I stayed at least one month out.

Do you think it'll be OK?

I prefer to avoid to get a SETV in my country because going to the Embassy or sending my passport to them requires an absurd cost because I live far away from the Embassy - around 100€, plus the cost of the SETV.

Thank you so much in advance :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their upcoming return to Thailand on a visa exempt after multiple entries and exits. They have provided their travel history, including previous stays on a visa exempt and a SETV, mentions of planned travel to Vietnam, and intentions to apply for an ED Visa. Community responses reassure them that their travel history seems adequate and they are unlikely to face troubles returning.

Why are you worried? You've only entered Thailand twice this year with plenty of time out of the country. Very unlikely you will have any trouble.

I'm a bit worried because some people telling they're a bit more stricts in BKK/DMK... In September I'll enter by CNX, but on October, after my 2 weeks in Vietnam, I'll enter by DMK.

Thank you for your reply Nitzan :)

Robert thanks for that info. Good to know.

If I travel through the country, through Issan do the home owners ever send paperwork to govt?

You can buy a simple rental contract for a few bath at every stationary shop or post office. Fill it in sign both and you have your proof of accommodation.

Thank you, that's new to me, good to know. Anyway I sign a contract in my condo... but maybe it's better the one you point because the contract in my condo is like 15 pages :D

Regarding if I could have a reject of entry, what do you think?

Again, thank you for your help :)
