Is that possible to request Evisa? As we got visa stamp in my passport because I did it before changing the system . But the bank request evisa again and again although I explained to them 😐

No, you cannot change from one to the other. The bank is just looking for a reason to say no. If you had an evisa they would find another problem. Move on to a different bank branch
