Can I file my 90-day report on Tuesday if it is overdue by 4 days?

Jan 3, 2026
I entered Thailand Oct. 1 2025, the MyDTV app says my 90 day report is currently 4 days overdue. Does that mean I can file the 90 day report on Tuesday and still be within the 7 day grace period? ChatGPT says it needs to be done on Monday.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their 90-day report being overdue in Thailand and whether they can still file it within the grace period. Comments clarify that the report was actually due on December 29, 2025, and they can file it until January 5, 2026, which is the last day without incurring a penalty. Recommendations suggest going early to avoid delays, especially at busy immigration offices.

If you have been continuously in Thailand since the 1st October then Monday the 5th is the last date you can file without incurring a penalty. Immigration will be busy so go early and bring your TM30 receipt

Your 90 day report was due on the 29th. The day you entered counts as day 1.

That means you can do the 90 day report until the 5th, which is Monday.

90 Days was December 30th so you should be fine. Immigration will be busy on Monday 5th but it depends where you are doing the 90 Day. Places like Chiang Mai take 5 minutes

Anonymous participant Unfortunately, probably the worst place in the country to do it. If it was me I would pay an agent in Bangkok. When I worked in Bangkok our office Admin staff would do them for all the foreigners.

I'll be paying 1500 but it can be done cheaper if you're willing to drop your passport somewhere and not leave everything until the last minute like I did

You didn't exited even once since then? If so, yes, you need to do it ASAP. There's no penalty if you do it up to 7 days late.
