I submitted my application at the Ho Chi Minh Embassy in Vietnam, but I only had 14 days visa there - my documents still haven’t been processed, so I had to go to Kuala Lumpur—Im here now. Can I reapply here even though my previous application is still pending?

KL is not a good place to apply. A bit of a nightmare actually, they continually make requests for documents and 6 month leases. Use the group search tool Kuala Lumpur and decide for yourself
