Can I pass through immigration in Thailand if I arrive and depart on the same day with a Non B visa?

I’m going to Thailand and out of Thailand on the same day next Friday. Is it possible to get through immigration? (Same as visa run to Thailand within a day.) I’m concerned because as I recalled a rule in the past, when you get into Thailand, you need at least 1 night stay to get stamp out. Not sure it’s still like this. My visa is Non B. First time ever I come back and out in a day.

Appreciate your kind advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question addresses whether it's possible to pass through Thai immigration on the same day, given the user's concerns about historical requirements mandating a minimum stay for stamp-out. Comments provide clarifications regarding border runs and emphasize that the stay duration requirement is not tied to Thai regulations but rather the regulations of the country being exited.

I did read this wrong. So you have a Non B visa for some country and you wish to visit Thailand for one day?

Than on entry you get 90 days of stay, if you leave these 90 days get cancelled and if you enter again before the valid until of enter before date on the visa you get 90 days of stay again.

No, I have non B visa for Thailand. I’m not in Thailand now and want to go to Thailand next Friday afternoon, then go out of Thailand again on the same day without staying at the airport. Is it possible?

Don’t think there is any requirement how long you need to stay in Thailand. Rather, the country you are exiting from and returning to will determine how long you need to be out.
