- passport & visa - driving licence
- landlord blue book and ID with signature
- rental contract
- employment contract / must be stated clearly that you can work in Thailand
- Tax Number
I got mine a month ago but there are posts in this group recently that says they no longer open, just try your luck. Bring all the docs so they can decide right away.
