Just returned from getting a non immigrant education visa in Ho Chi Minh. Easy as pie. Office is easy to get too. Small room with no more then 2-4 others  filling out forms. Was checked at the counter and paid $80 in USD. What do you need? All official school paperwork prepared at your school, passport, and application form (which they will answer questions if you get stumped) passport and your address in Ho Chi Minh. Was done within 10 min and out the door.  Pick up next day after 1:30- no waiting.  🌈⭐️🌸🌈⭐️🌸🌈⭐️🌸

Thanx for the update,

Most consulates in the area are that way about an ED visa because you don't really do anything paperwork-wise, your school and the Ministry of Education do. ;)
