Maybe a dumb question, but is it possible to hold a DTV Visa (Thailand) and a Malaysia (nomad/MM2 visa) as can’t face returning to UK for 6months of the year due to 180day limitation on DTV
If not , what are most people doing to circumvent this process ?
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question asks if one can simultaneously hold a DTV Visa for Thailand and a Malaysia Nomad/MM2 Visa to avoid returning to the UK for more than six months due to the 180-day limit on the DTV Visa. A comment clarifies that there is no 180-day limit on the DTV Visa, implying that the concern may be more about tax residency.
Are you trying to avoid becoming a Thai tax resident? That's the only reason to avoid being in Thailand for more than 180 days. There is no 180 day limitation on the DTV
